The Ethno-touristic complex “Gagauz Sofrası'' is located in “the biggest village in Europe” - Congaz - and represents the culture and history of Gagauzian people.
This Gagauz cultural complex with traditional houses made from clay, has a museum, offers dances and national Gagauz music (pre-order), plus a diverse gastronomy experience in its traditional Gagauz restaurant. You can also take part in Gagauz wine tasting and enjoy it paired with cheese and Kavurma, a type of fried meat, usually mutton,found in Turkish cuisine.
